Joint Venture Consulting, Development and Support is a division of Joint Venture International AG based in Switzerland and assists small, medium and international organisations, start-ups and individuals as an independent, non-interest entity with business and legal advice, expert guidance, project support and in goal-oriented and culture-driven project development.
As an independent division, Joint Venture Consulting, Development and Support is a spin-off of the Swiss-based Joint Venture International AG, which is mainly active in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
The division was developed and established to cater to the growing demand from Joint Venture International clients for specific business and legal advice, as well as personal and culture-oriented project support.
Joint Venture Consulting, Development and Support offers a comprehensive service for clients in the Middle East, Europe and Africa who intend to establish or develop business activity in these regions.
Our clients include private individuals, small, medium and multinational companies, public administrations and government organisations, start-ups and civil society organisations such as foundations and NGOs.
Parallel to the Middle East and Europe, starting in 2015, we have gradually extended our activities in several regions of Africa.
